"Eric was wonderful! He was very attentive and attuned to our desires in searching for our new house. He was available to meet at times to work around our challenging schedules, and always willing to get answers to any specific questions about various properties. Once we found our new home he walked us through the whole process, and really put us at ease. I would absolutely use Eric for any future purchases, and highly recommend him."

"Any move comes with stress, but moving across the country involves additional stress, challenges and obstacles. Working with Eric Tont as our realtor was our (second) best decision (only second to deciding to move to beautiful Arizona! as our first/BEST)! We spent countless hours on the phone with Eric navigating the perfect place to relocate our family. He took the time to understand our family dynamics, our personalities and interests and what we valued as homeowners prior to our arrival in AZ. When we met to look for houses, he was meticulously prepared with homes to see in our 3 areas of interest...each one we walked through, it was evident that he had listened to all of our "needs" and "wants" in a forever home. He had quite a challenge, as my husband was only in town over the weekend to find our forever home. Eric worked tirelessly and was an expert negotiator...when we walked away from our first offer on a home due to the seller's "demands"...Eric was very empathetic and caring. He knew that it upset us but also understood "time was of the essence". He was right back in the game, meeting us for the next walk through of homes...ultimately he showed us a home that came on the market, that did not catch our eye...but with his excellence, knowledge and intuition...it was the PERFECT home for our family! "I can't say enough great things about our home buying experience with Eric. We were very particular about what we wanted, and he worked very diligently in finding our forever home. He was always able to accommodate to meet at times that worked best for our busy family. He was also able to answer any questions we had about any of the homes we saw as well as questions regarding the whole buying process...always in a very timely manner. Eric was very knowledgeable of and familiar with the area (schools and different neighborhoods) which made the whole process even easier. Our family cannot thank Eric enough for all that he has done, and there is no other real estate agent that I would recommend."
